This is how some users have managed to have Final Cut Pro for free, but we do not recommend it
Apple offers its users a series of paid professional applications, which anyone can purchase for a price of about 300 euros each, or as a pack if they want all of them. We talk about Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, etc. The fact that they are from Apple, paid, and fundamentally for macOS, makes them almost impossible to hack. Of course, many users still want these applications but are not willing to pay for them, so they look for methods to get them for free. The last one is quite ingenious, but we neither recommend doing it, nor do we think it will be productive, nor will it last long: stealing them directly from an Apple Store.
First of all, it is important to say that this is stealing. Those in Cupertino may not do anything to bring the people who have used this technique to justice, but it is steal. Therefore, we do not recommend you do this under any circumstances. Ingenious, but illegal

They simply went to any Apple Store or authorized Apple store with their new iPad Pro, they approached the table where the demonstration iPad Pro M4 were, which had the entire suite of professional applications, and they sent them via AirDrop to their own iPad. They work perfectly, with the only limitation that they cannot be updated because the App Store does not detect that they have been purchased from that account. Of course, if no one does anything about it, when it comes time to update, you will simply have to delete the application, return to the Apple Store, update it on the test iPad Pro, and AirDrop it again to the user's iPad.
Obviously this has its days numbered. It is as simple as Apple introducing a pre-check of the purchase key of any of these applications before running it. Thus, when a user's password is compared with a list of the passwords that test iPads from all Apple Stores around the world have and there is a match, the application will not open. In addition, this would allow people who have tried to take advantage of this to be located, and thus those in Cupertino could take the measures they deem appropriate with them.
It is a very original method, we do not doubt it. But it is stealing. So we do not recommend under any circumstances that it be done. Apple offers tests of these applications, and you can always use them for a while in any Apple Store to see if it is worth purchasing them or not, but getting them without paying is not only immoral, but doing it specifically in this way is a crime.
